The Newkirk

The Newkirk project came to life using one of my personal favorite species: American Black Walnut. When it comes to a combination of grain pattern, color warmth, and pleasing aesthetic, I find that it’s hard to ever go against Black Walnut.

This table was paired with a 15”wide x 72” long matching console table we built out of ribboned walnut. Ribboned walnut gets its name from the unique “undulations” found within the grain that give it a three-dimensional look.
